Recovery Process: The service area files were partially backed up but several system files required repair. Once the repairs were completed, the drive was cloned and all user data was recovered from the clone.
Important Notice: If a hard drive is not detected in the BIOS or the computer suddenly reports that no drive is present, avoid initializing, formatting, updating firmware, or running repair utilities. Repeated power cycling or continued attempts to access the drive can worsen firmware corruption or place additional stress on failing components. If the data is important, shut the system down and have the drive evaluated before attempting further repairs.
